Delivered by Horse Sport Ireland and funded under National Breeding Services by the Department of Agriculture, Food, and the Marine.
PRIZE FUND: €2,000
Prizes: Prize-money will be paid out by post within 10 working days.
No stallions or colts over two years allowed.
Dunmanway is a qualifying show for:
CORK COUNTY YEARLING CHAMPIONSHIP 2024
Organised by Carbery Show Society CLG, Skibbereen
The Championship is for YEARLING GELDING OR FILLY in the I.H.R.
The final to be held at Carbery Show, Skibbereen
Qualifiers to be held at the following Shows: Bandon, Barryroe, Ballyvourney/Coolea,
Belgooly, Carbery, Charleville, Clonakilty, Cork, Dunmanway, Leap and Midleton.
Two animals to be selected at each Show (ONE Gelding, ONE Filly) to go
forward to the Final at Carbery Show on Thursday 18th July 2024.
PRIZEMONEY AT FINAL AS FOLLOWS: 1st - €400 2nd - €200 3rd - €100 - €30 to all other finalists.
Special prize of €125 to leading Filly if not placed 1st or 2nd in the Final.
ENTRY FEE €15 payable to Carbery Show
RULES AND CONDITIONS
These rules should be read in conjunction with the I.S.A Rules.
ENTRY FEE: To Qualifying Show €10. To Final €20.
PRIZES AT FINAL: Champion €500 2nd €250 3rd €200: 4th €150: 5th €100: 6th to end €75.
A prize will be presented for Combination of Best Turned Out Horse and Most Suitably Dressed Handler. All Qualifiers will receive qualifying Rosette at final.
